We would like to thank you for organising such an enjoyable holiday for us in Greece and Turkey, Maria and I had such a good time. The level of service from the time we first contacted you to our departure from Istanbul all went very smoothly. In every city we were met on time at either the airport or port and all transfers were smooth and efficient. This is so important in relieving the stress for first time travellers to any destination.
All the destinations we visited were of great interest and enjoyable but the highlight would be our stay in Istanbul which is such an exciting city with so much culture and history. I was not sure what to expect but the museums and visits to the mosques and the Topkapi palace were all very memorable. You should be sure to always recommend the archelogical museum of the Topkapi palace to your other customers. One could easily spend half a day wandering amongst the exhibits. The splendour of the palace and the hareem were so fascinating. Wish they had permited photography of the Topkapi Dagger, what a magnificent treasure but then again there were so many other beautiful treasures on exhibit, including the Peacock Throne. Istanbul is a city we definitely hope to revisit in future as we are sure there are many charming parts we have not yet experienced.
Finally, I would like to say that the quality of the city tours which you booked us on, in all the destinations were all excellent. The guides were so knowlegeable and helpful. We really learnt so much during our stay. Thank you very much for putting our itinerary together.

Hello, I recently returned from a tour of Turkey with my mother and we had a wonderful trip. TurkeyTourExpert is a relatively new operation so there isn't that much out there about them yet. I did a little research myself and then took a leap of faith after speaking on the phone with the agent who seemed very genuine and knowledgeable. It turned out that TurkeyTourExpert is highly reputable, reliable and professional. The boutique hotel we stayed in Istanbul was lovely and we didn't have to worry about coordinating any of our travel or city tours ourselves. Everything was done for us including having a rep at the airport waiting for us a soon as we arrived. No worries about anything NICE! The airfare they booked for us within the county went smoothly. We met a private tour guide in Izmir who was just lovely, not to mention knowledgeable and professional. Both the guide and the driver took us to some off the beaten track places for lunch which were included in the package - a really nice touch with great food, amazing photo ops and no big buses. I highly recommend this tour outfit. They were very diligent and patient in working with us to design the tour to meet our schedule and specifications, while providing advice that we may not have been able to glean very easily from a guide book.

We enjoyed a 3 1/2 week vacation in Turkey and used TurkeyTourExpert. We found them on the web and we are so glad that we did in fact use this company. We had contacted several operators here in the U.S. and we found TTE to be much more able to understand our desires for our trip and make it happen. Okan was absolutely pleasant to deal with and we had one of the most amazing trips to date. We have traveled extensively all over the world and this trip was so well put together, and we had no issues during our stay. We arrived and found the domestic area with little difficulty. The agency (Okan) was very responsive to our calls for assistance. We flew to Izmir and found our transportation, again without much difficulty. My wife and I thouroughly enjoyed the company of Filiz and Nadjer (Guide and Driver). It really enhanced our trip and made us realx and enjoy the antique sites. Filiz is a wonderful guide, responsive to us and flexible in her guiding. My wife and I really felt welcomed and secure while in their company for the tours in Kusadasi.
The hotel 'El-Vino" is a wonderful property, with a great staff. English was not an issue here. The property is a great location, overlooking the harbor and close to the main road. This allowed us to rent a scooter and see the countryside with ease, as well as, take a jaunt into the city proper. The staff were very responsive to all requests and we have made this a "Return Hotel" if we ever come to the West coast again. All of our domestic reservations and transfers went without flaw. Yousef Pasa Cave Hotel The property was nice and staff very nice. Again no problem with english. The hotel is centrally located in Cappadocia in the city of Urgup. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast but lunch and dinner were lacking variety. The hotel staff directed us the Panorama Restaraunt a 10 minute walk away. This restaurant was the best that we ate in during our entire trip to turkey. We had all of our dinners here during our stay. The tours in Cappadocia, were the cattle bus type with limited time at each site but all in all, well done by competant guides.
Istanbul tours were again the cattle bus type, and again well done. We went to the Istanbulin for the turkish dinner show. The show was well done and dinner was good. We also went to the Turkish dinner show at the Galata tower, on our own. This was a better show and much better food than the Istanbulin.
All in all our experience with Turkey Tour Expert was enjoyable and gave us the piece of mind to relax and enjoy the culture and country without worrying about travel details. We will use them again when we return.

We've just got back from a tour of Turkey. I can not express how impressed we were with our trip. It was hastily organised by Okan as we had been let down by a couple of travel agents in Abu Dhabi. I contacted him via the web site and everything was organized within a few days. He phoned me numerous times and emailed constantly to keep me up to date and make sure everything was ok. From the moment we landed in Istanbul we were looked after. Always on time and took us to all the places we wanted to go. We travelled with a small group of 10, 4 of them being us, so it was great. The only thing i would request if we were to do it again would be to change some of the hotels we stayed at. They were ok but they catered to the big bus company tours and was very busy. But overall very very impressed and would recommend anyone to use them.

I think for a young company you are doing amazingly well, and your attention to the needs of those who call to you is very impressive. I must say that of your tour guides were really good. Hussain sensed how important our Catholic Faith is to me he made a stop in the City between Antakya & Tarsus (Iskenderun) We were greeted by the Bishop, his secretary & the parish priest. Even after coming home that remains one of the highlights of our trip.
Those of us who come from Christian Countries are very happy to see your country and your ways and your religious places, but I can honestly say that to discover our history as Catholic Christians was a wonderful experience. To see how the Church is still alive, even in small numbers was beautiful. Thank you again, and please pass my regards to all. Oscar had his own flavor that was delightful and he certainly went out of his way to treat us to the countryside. Dear Phylis was a gem as she did her research and gave us a wonderful experience of the 7 churches. Do thank them again for me.
